This accessory is helpful if you plan on distilling with fruit or other solids. Our solid distiller sieve trays fold into two parts that you unfold inside the pot. When assembled, the sieve tray creates a false bottom that prevents solids from burning onto the bottom of your still and keeps burned flavors out of your moonshine.
